Delivery Timelines
KidBolt delivers pan-India. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat fee of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹499.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your KidBolt account.
Delivery Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post for remote areas. The delivery partner is assigned based on your location for the fastest possible delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will attempt delivery twice more. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide accurate contact details.
